Eclat de Terre is a structured and complex champagne; it is in the winery that its exceptional character already takes shape.
At each harvest, Jacques selects the best vintage juices and combines them with his reserve wines of 2 to 3 years. He thus draws a champagne in the image of the grape varieties of the JM TISSIER vineyard, with an original blend of 60% Chardonnay, 30% Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir.
We discover, after aging for three years in the cellars, a fresh, powerful and long-lasting champagne. To be tasted in a small committee, between amateurs.
Available in half-bottle, magnum and jeroboam.
