Vinification: Manual harvest with rigorous sorting of the grapes in the vineyards. Partial malolactic fermentation.
Aging on fine lees for 7 months.

Aging: 4 years and more in cellars
Dosage: 2 g/liter
Bottles: 75 cl bottle
