La cuvée Diogénis est un 100% Chardonnay provenant de Cuis, Cramant et Pierry 1er cru – Chavot et vinifié partiellement_cc781905 -5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_in oak barrels.
The color is light straw yellow, with a beautiful shine and a fine bead of small bubbles. the nose is intense with yeasts, green pepper, smokiness, citrus fruits and williams pear, which blossoms and gains in power. tasty with great finesse.
