Eden of Roselis

A tender and gourmet rosé, born of meticulous work. Indeed, in order to produce a fruity champagne , Jacques works on a strict selection of beautiful grapes, suitable for vinification in red and in barrels. At this selection, reserve wines combine to rediscover the style of the Maison des Champagnes J.M. Tissier. The Eden de Rosélis cuvée is made from 60% Chardonnay, 30% Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir, as well as 10 to 12% red wine from which it draws its gourmet simplicity . Tender is  a structured champagne that will go perfectly with an elegant aperitif or afternoon tea.
