Wine-growers from father to son since 1931

Already more 80 years…, than Diogène Tissier, Jacques’ grand-father founded the wine estate. He transmitted to his son Jean-Marie married to Suzanne all a unique know-how. Seven children are born from this union. Indeed, Jacques has been working in the family company since he was 14 years old and he grows the hectares inherited from his father Jean-Marie.

All starts in 1989, when Jacques meets Marie-Christine during the harvest of the family wine estate … Under the initiative of Marie-Christine and with Jacques’ will to produce some champagne of quality, together they found their own wine estate.

On July 31st 1998, Champagne J.M. Tissier was born and will find its soul in the know-how inherited by Jacques’ father. Their will to grow vines and produce champagne with passion has become the rule for Marie-Christine and Jacques in their creations.

Gradually, together they are developing their estate, united by their vision of a wine-grower’s work: perseverance, forecast and precision.

Today, Marie-Christine and Jacques have designed an authentic and refined range made of champagnes and spirits that they offer to their amateurs with the fancy to share their hedonist vision of life… and champagne.
